Abstract：This paper discusses the theoretical foundation and feasible ways to construct the database of Ningbo local culture celebrities and puts forward the objective， the principle， the specific steps and the implementation methods including measures like the collecting scale and content， the frame of database constitution， the option of software platform and the copyright， etc.
